Please read conditions below. If Products conditions not good, hitechproaudio reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15%-20% fee of product value.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- hitechproaudio is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
- Refund the original purchase price only.
Sale & Non-returnable Items
- Software, cables, connector, stands and some hardware if registration have done these all products refund not possible.
- Unwrapped consumable items refund not possible.
- Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model
Product Exchanges
Product Exchange possible only if you want to buy other product but previous order product is brand new conditions. After received the product we will check the condition of product then we will ship the other product.
Product Refunds & Credits
Once we receive goods we will check your goods then we will process the refund to your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by through credit card 2% charges applicable, the refund will be issued 10/15 days business days after the date of purchase.
Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
